The connector

The person in between

Clubs have the players, the ambition and the tournaments. What's often missing is someone in between: a person who understands both sides and makes it work on the ground.

I started in Mexico, in tactical analysis and youth academy work. When clubs wanted to take their teams to elite European tournaments, I became that person. Today I work between Amsterdam and Mexico City, from Latin America to North Africa, the USA and Europe.

When one of our players was injured, he immediately arranged transport to the hospital, stayed with the player, and kept constant communication with the coaching staff and the family.

What I do

Football is the easy part

The real work happens off the pitch. Here is how I take it on.

01

Youth Tournament Coordination

Travel, accommodation, schedules and organizers, handled. Your staff focus on the football.

02

Team Liaison & Player Integration

Cultural support and day-to-day guidance for players far from home.

03

Club Relationship & Partnership Development

Visits, exchanges and scouting pathways that grow into long-term collaborations.

04

Scouting & Talent Identification

Live scouting, video review and player reports from regions most clubs never see.
