How this site handles your data

Who I am

This site is run by Jaime González Albarrán, who works under the name GO-AL, based between Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and Mexico City (Mexico). I'm the person responsible for any personal data described here. You can reach me at jaimegalbarran@gmail.com.

What the site collects

By default, nothing about you. The site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. Like every website, the company that hosts it (Cloudflare) receives technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. That is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you get in touch

If you email me, call, or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and what your club needs. I use it to reply and to talk about working together. I don't sell it or share it for marketing. I keep correspondence for as long as it's needed for that conversation and any work that follows. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, if we work together, taking steps toward an agreement.

Analytics

Right now, none is running. If I switch on Google Analytics in future, you'll see a short banner first. Analytics only loads if you press Accept. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is recorded. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and reports how the site is used: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser type, and whether you click the email, phone or WhatsApp links. It doesn't tell me who you are. Google may process that data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards it provides. The legal basis is your consent. This page will be updated if analytics is switched on.

Other services this site touches

• Hosting: Cloudflare serves the pages, as described above.
• Fonts, images and animation code: All hosted on this site itself, so no third party sees your visit for them.
• WhatsApp, email and phone links: Clicking one opens that app or service. From that point their own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under European data protection law (the GDPR) you can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, send it to you in a portable form, or stop using it where I rely on legitimate interest. Email me and I'll deal with it promptly. If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this changes, for example when analytics is switched on, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
