During our youth tournaments in Europe, Jaime has been essential to our team's success and wellbeing. During our U17 and U20 tournaments in Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic and Northern Ireland, Jaime was essential to our team's success and wellbeing. He anticipated and solved every off-field detail, from arrival and accommodation to training schedules and transport, so players and staff could focus on performance. His strategic, meticulous planning meant we entered each tournament confident that logistics were in expert hands.

Jaime showed excellent organization and responsiveness during our youth tournaments in Europe, both in Northern Ireland and the Netherlands. When one of our players was injured, he immediately arranged transport to the hospital, stayed with the player, and kept constant communication with the coaching staff and the family.
